Shipping

Due to the weight of some items shipping would be costly, please call to arrange collection of such heavy items, namely paint and we will do our best to accomodate you.

All other items will be shipped from the Repbulic of Ireland by An Post and the standard shipping rates would apply.

Returns

We do our utmost to ensure that all products are in good order when shipped, with respect to paint, as these are fragile items we normally advise collection as couriers and postal companys are not know for their gentle hands with these items.

We realize that in some rare instances, you may need some assistance with a return. The following information will assist you process your return:

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please call and speak with a customer service representative to obtain a RMA # and shipping instructions. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

Unopened Merchandise
You (the customer) may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for both the original outbound shipping charges as well as return shipping charges.

Opened Merchandise
"Opened" products and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery, but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. You will be responsible for both the original outbound shipping charges as well as return shipping charges. Opened returns must be in salable condition with original materials and packaging.
